Background Check Authorization
I hereby authorize Star Food Bank to conduct a background check through a third-party service, Checkr.com, as part of the volunteer application process.
Checkr will contact me directly via email to obtain the information necessary to complete the background check.
I understand that the background check is being conducted solely for the purpose of determining my eligibility to volunteer with Star Food Bank. The information obtained will not be used for any other purpose and will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
